Skyler was raised in Omaha, Nebraska for most of his life. At nine years old, attending Camp Kindness at NHS opened his heart to animals and showed him the value of having a trusted circle of animal professionals. At sixteen, he became involved with his local rescue, and from there his love for animal welfare has only continued to grow. He remains deeply passionate about helping animals and strives to learn more every day.
